FS: 99 SS vert 6spd
FS: 99 SS vert 6spd Didn't think i'd be doing this but...the car is located north of Ft.Worth about 6 miles. It's black with 80k miles and always garaged. Mods are in the sig. I drive it to work about twice a week on the average. Never been to the track. All maintenance records and mod paperwork. Mods done by a reputable shop here. SS appears stock out side. No fancy rims or bling.
The Good:
Lower miles
Very clean engine compartment
Excellent top
Excellent running
NIB poly motor mounts
NIB comp OE lifters(was planning on new heads)
NIB BMR torque arm relocation bracket
NIB 6 spd GM(1LE) tranny mount
Over $5k in performance mods
The Bad:
Couple scratches
Few rock chips
Couple dings
Rub on the passenger side bumper
Driver side seat rip
A little clutch chatter
A little y-pipe bang once in a while.
The cosmetic problems are to be expected for a 99 year model. The clutch is new with less than 1000 miles on it. The chatter has gone away alot but you can still feel it once in awhile. The y-pipe bang only happens when the clutch chatters. I have not modified the y-pipe. I was planning on true duals and gears.
Will send pics to anyone interested. My friends tell me to price it around $12k. I'm asking $10,800.
