Katy Meet Since the past few meets havent had many people out there i thought i would post up again it is same place and same time.

I'd like to come check out the rides. I'll be the guy in the **GULP** white Crown Vic ex-cop car.

It was around $8.5k, but that was in 2003. It had 81k miles, and the engine had been replaced at 57k (dealership, about $9k), and the trans was replaced at 78k. I got an inch-thick stack of records, including every single part ever bought (including the 7 sets of front brake pads!), and every gallon of gas ever used. I had the black repainted, and left the white, for about $700. They put the clown car paint job on them so people will KNOW it's no longer a DPS car when you drive it home. I sold it on ebay for $11k, after owning it for about 6 months.

Are you saying they intentionally put that funky white stripe on there,before selling it? If so, that's fucked up.
It's better than what they did years ago ('90s), which was to give the cars a complete paint job that was absolutely awful. It made Maaco look like a show car paint job.
