How many stock speakers come in the c6? With and without the Bose system. Also, where are they located?

 

I can't remember, but that Bose system in my previous C6 was THE worst factory system I've ever owned. Yes, even worse than an f-body system and even worse than pickup truck systems. It was really metallic sounding and had no bass/midrange. Pretty awful.

 

Base system has one center on the dash, two mid/sub's(between 6-8") in the doors, two tweaters in the doors, and 2 5 1/4's(I think) in the back. Pretty crappy system as well. As soon as the motor is done, the speakers are next. If I had the car here, I'd tell you exactly what is in there.

I remember you saying that when you first got the system. Did you ever replace the stockers? If so, what did you go with?

 

nah, I just turned the radio off and listened to the supercharger instead.
