Default Completely Lost Help

I have finally given up on my knowledge of LT1s. First off my fuel pump went out and also jumped timing. So I replaced the fuel pump, reset it to top dead center and bought a new timing chain. I have replaced the opti less than 6 months ago and I have good spark and fuel. I did this all without driving the car since I have a limited amount of time working on my car. So everything should be good to go right well some what. I get the car running drive it around for about 45 mins. Now I babied it around nothing serious slowly got it up to 95 but when I stuck the gas it would bog down and didnt like that much so I knew something was wrong. I go to fill my car up with new gas and turn the engine off. I started pull out of the gas station accelerate up to speed get to about 3500 rpm and the engine cuts out and now wont start up again. I check the battery and alternator both are fine. I am up against the ropes and I am getting my *** kicked by my baby. If someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Like my brother said, We have no clue what to do at this point. Does anyone have a good idea what the problem could be ??

was the gas that was already in the tank old?

edit! : that's probably a stupid question but i thought i'd ask anyway. It sounds like something fuel related....your injectors fully functioning?

are you 100% certain that you have the timing set up correctly? i can't see a reason for it to be cutting spark....

this is going to sound dumb, but check your cats. Had an lt1 would bog down alot when you stomped it. Eventually it just wouldn't start. Emptied out the cats and put on a new opti.

Does the battery still have good voltage and have you checked for corroded battery cables

we checked the battery and it was dead. We did pull the opti spark and there was two screws rolling around in there.
