just installed a MTI X1 cam do i need a stall ?

yes is the most basic answer. There are several answers as to why...Most important being to relax the car so it will idle when you come to a stop and not push through the brakes.

A stall is a must for an A4 car even one with mild bolt ons.

A stall is a no-brainer for an A4. I wouldn't go smaller than a 3000.

Its by far the best bang for your buck mod for an A4 car. And I agree at least 3000 rpm stall or don't get one on an LS1 car.

Even if mine were bone stock otherwise it would have a stall....the factory stall is pretty much garbage and it conspires along with the TM to make the LS1 pretty much a dog stock.....
