Comparing salaries is gay. Was at the bar last night after the game hearing about how cool this guy was and talking about his six figure salary. I hope I never turn gay and retarded like that guy. No need to bring it up.

On a serious note, you are right. It does not matter if you got your ME from Oklahoma or Lamar. A college degree is a COLLEGE degree. I would love to be back in Austin finishing my degree, but I am ready to have my BSME and get the hell out in the real world.

My thoughts on Texas right now. Stop being so god damned conservative. Let McCoy throw deep. Stop the **** out in the flats and the screens.

Run more PLAY ACTION.

Colt needs to stop trying to be perfect. Let loose and have fun. He does not need to be peyton manning just yet.. . He can already live in the pocket, and has great sensory of the guys around him. Just so comfortable out there for a sophmore QB.

The line needs more push on the rushing attack and Jamaal Charles needs to stop dancing and ******* hit the hole. Ridiculous.

McGee on the other hand, who is 6' 1" 220lbs looks damn fine running the ball.

Defense... turned it on, although TCU is not known for the killer offense in the air.

Hopefully it goes on rolling full steam ahead from now on even though we have they have a lot of ground to cover for the rest of the season. OU looks god damn scary right now. No ifs, ands, or buts about that.

????

What do you mean? A&M won although I "know" what you are tying to say.

TCU gave Texas a run in for the first half... and it just ran away after that.

Who said anything about Lamar? I get tired of people bashing Oklahoma for their acedemics. It simply isn't true. For one instance, their Petroleum Engineering program ranks in the top 5 in the country along with UT and A&M. If you don't believe me, look it up. Not that I place that much emphasis on rankings, they are a joke imo.

And no, it really doesn't matter. That statement proves you have no real world experience in the engineering field. A boss of mine used to have a saying: there are good people from bad schools and bad people from good schools. I can compare paychecks with any sip w/ my experience level and 9 times out of 10, I win. Thats why we go to school in the first place, right? To better our situation? And I did it through hard work, not my degree. Don't tell me you guys don't talk salaries and compare, I've been on this board long enough to know better. There is even an open thread on that very subject at seatstaysup. I'm done with this thread. Can't wait until October...

apparently your reading comprehension is not above average, but I understand you are an engineer. (My grammar is of the ranks of a high school senior i'm sure.)

Anyways, my point was saying a degree is JUST a degree. From OU to UH to Lamar to wherever............

Had a good time watching both games yesterday. As much as I wanted atm to lose I'm glad they pulled it off, it helps the conference and they will look better to the BCS when UT whips that ***.

I thought the UT game was going to be closer than that, props to UT for coming out with some emotion in the 2nd half. When UT plays up to their ability they have the potential to BEAT any team in the nation this year.

yes he did. i was getting tired of the back to back options that Fran was running with McGee and Goodson. they just didnt work. but the J-Train was definitely on yesterday. he had a hell of a good game. glad the Ags pulled it off, and glad UT came back and won. Its a good saturday when both of my favorite Texas teams wins

You mean like Texas did in week 1? Lets face it, both teams have played SHITTY games this year, hopefully they rebound. But just to make it 100% clear to you, Fresno State would beat Arky State by 30+.

Right, and just like they climbed 1 spot this week? And lets face it, TCU would beat fresno state by 30+, I think pearland high school would beat fresno state.

sorry, but TCU would blow "fresno" away... if you want to get in a comparo battle

seriously, that is the weakest **** ever... right next to you saying "as long as we beat UT that is all that matters"
