Delete emissions codes?
Delete emissions codes? do they have to go into the computer of the car and turn it off with a tuning device? or can i just try deleting them myself with a handheld hookup that just checks for and deletes codes?
i dont really want to dyno tune the car just to know im not making big numbers because of my stalled A4. plus that **** costs to much.

they are permently deleted from your pcm, that VATOzone tool you have is just a temp. delete as soon as the pcm sees the code symptoms it illumintaes your ses light, a tuner with ls1edit, hptuners, etc, deletes them permentatly

They don't make the O2 sims for my car either, and I've been looking at a set of off-road mid-pipes. I just don't want to have that crumby engine light on all the time. If $50 could make it go away, then it sounds to me like a cheap enough fix for me. I want that SES light to function in case another (more important) sensor goes foul. Besides, I can't stand driving a car that has the engine light on 24/7.
