We sealed a contract with China last month and the first shipment arrived today.




... check out how they are stacked...






Only way we could think of getting them out was to do this:














Its going to be a long day.... lol


Anyone who is curious this is a project we got for a huge Sports Lighting project.

I'd consider that creative, probably saved some on shipping costs for just one container.

You probably could have gotten some sheetmetal tug/pick-up hooks to stick on the end of one and drag it out too.

I'll bet packing it sucked, lol.

Probably come through my work - The Port of Houston Authority Barbours Cut/Bayport container terminal. I see freight handlers out here loading pipe, etc. like that everyday. The device used to load the containers is called a dick ... lol.

Why not get a carpet pole? or otherwise called here a "dick"

We have one sitting at our shop for our Rent forklifts. Easy to make also.
