why the "firebird" emblems on the door?

For that price, you should just make it into your drag purpose car. It would be a good start for one.

All 98+ Formulas (except for Firehawks) have "FORMULA" emblems on the doors at that location. Only V6 cars have "Firebird" there.

Miles are on par for the year, and the only reason they are that high, is my buddy was driving it to Louisiana 5 hours one way, while he working offshore. So no major problems.

Houston is only a 3.5 hr trip from DFW. How can you complain about that if it is the right car for you? I'd travel up to 1000 miles for the right car.

i flew southwest to houston from dfw to buy my old 98z off this board. i just talked to the owner for two weeks, i told him i would fly down there if he took down the price, and wrote it into a bill of sale that the car had to be driveable to dallas or the sale was void and my money would be returned. the seller completely agreed and it made my confidence alot higher and i didnt have any reserves about buying a car sight unseen and driven. as dumb as it sounds i have seen plenty of cases on peoples court and other shows where a woman buys a car and a week later it breaks. If the car was bought for the purpose of being driven and if a seller states that the car is sold to be driven then you are fully entitled to your money back because the sale didnot meet its implied warranty. hell even if it isnt written the implied warranty of buying a car means its used to be transportation
