Like to thank Bryan and Steve for awesome work and great guys up there to deal with! I'm fairly new to the boards and saw that these guys were local and have had good reviews here so figured I would give them a shot.
Got stranded going to work and they came and trailered me to the shop, gave me his personal vehicle to get back to work before I was late, and had me ready to rock by the time I got off of work!!
I know you guys were slammed, but I want to give you a big thanks for taking me right in and THANKS for letting me cruise the Bird! That car sounds NASTY and I got a ton of attention!

 

Wow. Now that's some kind of "Full Service!"

I went by their shop today and got my LCA's and PHB put on. He offered to put them on even though it meant interrupting his ongoing project, the lift. He got it all installed in about an hour, on the ground mind you. Sent me on my way and even called a little later down the road to make sure everything was satisfactory. Needless to say, it was.

Awesome guy, Mr. Pavlock is, with an awesome product.

 

yep, ive heard nothing but good things about him. been meaning on stopping by the shop to meet him, but havent got the chance.

I completely agree with kitcarguy, i have had nothing but good expereinces with bryan and pavlock as he toke the time to speak with me on the phone and explain a few things regarding my suspension at nearly 11:00 the other night. great guy to deal with, pavlock will most definately be getting my business in the future.
