i cant believe rpm took your harland sharp off, put stock rockers back on and told you they are better. also why would they take your 85mm mass air flow meter off? i heard you made a little more peak power but less under the curve and only gained like 200 or 300 rpm's. one day maybe you will realize where the problem is with your car

when i was looking for rockers for my heads i read threads where a guy had used stock rockers on his tea/tfs heads and they ruined his valves. i sure hope rpm pays for your head work to be redone and valves to be replaced if you have any problems.

I'll buy the rockers if you still have them. I also need a cam for a 408 so who has one for sale? what are the specs?

Does the OP have TFS heads? The change in valve angle REQUIRES the use of roller rockers. It WILL **** up the valves and locks. Only a matter of time.

If he's got any other kind of 5.3 or LS6 heads, then he's ok.

I completely agree with Doug on the rockers.... as far as the 85mm MAF... for some they work out... for others they dont. They are not just plug and play. The PCM needs to be tuned for the maf. IMO from what I hear they are not as sensitive as the stock mafs, so it is a gamble for the extra cfm it may allow your car to injest. .....

good question arises: how many CFM does a maf allow you to flow. IMO at 85mm that is just the diameter... so indeed if you have a 90/90 setup the 85 will still be a restriction. I would go SD if you are wanting max effect. 85mm diameter does not mean it is truely 85... it still have the foil thingy in the middle.

Just like putting injectors in and not having them properly scaled.

Good luck bro.
