Our secondary looked better with Newman back, but we still really look subject to 10-12 yard outs and hooks. I think the offense is firing on all cylinders and the defense is just starting to gell. I foresee good things.

(wish we could watch them in Houston next week. )
Yep, that should be at least an entertaining game. Like you said though Grossman is pathetic and Brady will pick the Dallas "D" apart much like Manning did to the Houston "D". I like Dallas though, they won me some money last night, but I think they are a level down from New England.

No Texans fans in here running their mouths, and you still have to talk ****? That's pretty weak. It doesn't take a football expert to know Manning would pick your secondary apart.

The Texans lost by 6 points to the #1 ranked team in the NFL without the help of Andre Johnson, Ahman Green (left in first series of the 2nd quarter), Ron Dayne, Jacoby Jones (left in 3rd quarter w/ a separated shoulder).
Anyone who knows anything about the Colts knows the key to beating them is to run the ball. Injuries forced the Texans to go with our 3rd string running back...not exactly ideal.

The Cowboys are looking good this year. I still think their secondary is going to hurt them.

Randy Moss will do **** if we don't work on our secondary...and yes I'm a big time Cowboys fan but that guy is murdering everyone's secondary. Our offense will win that game if we win not our D for sure.

As for the Cowboys, we have a long road ahead of us. Please don`t feel that some team that sucks isn`t going to suprise us and beat us. It just might happen. As for NE coming in 3 weks. It will be a good test for us to see where we are really at. As for our QB`s on defense. They are getting better. Once we have our starting guys in I believe it will be better. But I`m going to enjoy where we are for now. I remember the 1-15 year and it was a long ride!! Does anyone else remember? Lets be humble as best we can.

As for Houston, which is my second team. They did pretty good for the injuried people they had. No running game because everyone was hurt got us. Our QB did a pretty good jobe throwing the ball. I will tell you this, Houston isn`t a push over for anyone! They have a good football team on both sides of the ball. Did anyone watch Bush last night! Vince shined like a ****! Mario isn`t doing so bad now with the people around him! Houston is going to make the playoffs this year. Just watch and see!

I did watch the game last night and Bush just doesn't look good. I know he had a couple of short TDs, but (and I'm sure I'll be flamed here) he appears to be a little scared to go upfield. He seems to always retreat to the outside and try to "escape" to the sideline.
Vince looked good as usual.

I hope (and feel) you are right about the Texans this season. I just wish Faggins could learn how to cover and make a tackle. He gives the receivers too much room and then tries to knock them down rather than wrap them up and make the tackle.

I'm praying for no more injuries. Did you grow up in the Dallas area? Just wondering why the Cowboys are your #1 and Texans #2.

FatZ28 stated that the cowboys could win with the same sec as last year. You then replied that the Texans won last year and lost this year. But due to injuries the Texans didn't exactly have the same team as last year anymore. did they? So I guess that puts a wrench in YOUR theory

edit: this post refers to LS_Juan, I just quoted ross bc it backed up my point.

Cowboys are good and so are the bears.... Chicago D can't stop every possession. The bears need to get rid of Grossman. He hurts the bears and it showed against dallas. Good win for the cowboys/girls tho!!!

I can't wait for the patriots to stomp the cowboys in Irving...

My prediction this year.... pats vs cowgirls
