No really it was mold.
Take out all of the sheetrock, replace the insulation let the wall dry out and replace. Mold will be gone. No reason to tear a home down bc of it just another way to make money and screw my home owners insurance rates.

I finally found a picture of the house in question that they owned, and it is not the house I was thinking about in Belton.
I guess the reason they are tearing it down is because the builder of the house cheap-skated his way through the entire build. Home builder here in Texas do suck major *****. There's no way I would have a local contractor build my mansion out here

i actually talked to a guy tonigh that is buddies with the contractor or builder, and the scoop i got from him is that sandra bullick went against all the engineers and planners and said build anyway, even after they said you will have to do alot of extra concrete work to make sure the mold doesn't ruin the house. Sandra didn't want to spend the extra cash for the concrete and now she is paying for it.
