nah, i like UofH's colors and stuff but i don't root for them...like i said, i'm a Horns fan too, but since they are playing like a bunch of Div 2 flunkies, i can't help but to hate'em...plus, as mentioned before, i'm un-biased...

i'm also one of the biggest Vince Young nuthuggers you'll ever find...i knew after VY left, UT would fall, and fall fast...

he batted like a .133 in the series...and yes, i saw the one he yanked foul...but then Borowski threw one of the nasiest hooks that i've seen that made Posada almost corkscrew himself in the batters box...

bottom line is this: i'm a fan and have every right to be displeased at their performance...

i'd be surprised if Texas had more than 1 or 2 first rounders in next year's draft...

yep, played for Alvin Highschool...all through high school i played SS, 3rd, 2nd base and pitched...i hit either 2nd, 3rd or 5th every year...

played on about 5 all-star teams and played some "Select" ball...a year of Mickey Mantle ball, and then joined the Marines dispite getting a scholarship to play for Alvin Community College...

p.s.
i was picked to play 3rd base for the Marine team in SoCal (Camp Pendleton, CA) but me and my buddy were noobs at the time...he lived 3 hours away in Yuma, AZ so instead of pplaying baseball on Saturdays, we decided to go to his house every weekend for a year...

i used to be able to throw a homerun...not sure now...but i can throw a football 55 yards

What year did you graduate from Alvin? My trainer played basketball and football there, then played 2 years of WR in college (Div-I). His name is Fred Bailey, you know him?
