who's one of the best lawyers in houston that deals with street racing cases? my bro was arrested in suspecious of "racing in a highway." he's a good person,but he was caught up in a moment he regrets,first time offender,and he needs a good lawyer asap,, he is willing to spent money down the drain for his stupid mistake he created, anybody please help,thank you all
