yes if you run that cam on a stock engine you are in for some major issues, dont do it until you get what you need, you wont need gears though. But you will need a tune and i recommend headers and if your an auto, get a stall. That mother is going to run!!!!! They flow better than stock LT4 heads, LT4 heads flow pretty damn good, ported LT4's are the best.
