Any Relators on the Boards??? Well I'm taking my test in about two or three weeks, depending on how long Austin gets my info back to me. Just wondering who you guys are working? Why or why do not like them? What is you commission split? And what fees are you paying monthly?

Every broker is different on their fees and splits...since you are just starting out, prepare to get raped everywhere you go, unless you know someone who will mentor you and help you on your feet.

I have a friend that is a broker/owner of a GMAC office which is located in Lewisville. He will give you a good split even if your new. He also has apartment locating as well. I think he pays 70-80% not sure which one but that is good for a new agent. PM me if you want his number.

No I am not one. I work with 120 of them. I keep the systems going, the website database up, build new computers, install, rebuild...anything that can and will breakdown when it comes to computers, software, hardware, networks, and the fleet of cars and trucks parked infront of my house.
