Yes, National Oilwell is just a little west of Aker. FMC is across from Aker, in the back of a neighborhood.

The North beltway is quickly becoming the offshore center of Houston.

We typically hire out of town interns for the month of December and during the summer. Helix will usually pay interns pretty well, and also pay for hotel/rental costs if you are from out of town. If things go well, it usually leads to a full time position here when you graduate. This is how it worked out for Alex, who posts as GOGO here.

If you are interested, email that resume.

For example, instead of a smelly, oily company ship I would recommend that the company charters a world class Cruise Ship for the deployment of personnel. In addition, I would encourage professional sporting groups such as the NBA to have at least one game per week onboard during long term overseas voyages.

Knowing that there are several automotive enthusiasts on staff we could bench race for hours on end, relieving stress during the workday.

These are but a few ways that I can improve the overall employee experience in your organization.

If you are interested in learning more ways that I can be of valuable service to your organization please feel free to p.m. me.

You know there was talk about Me And Chuck building in the Oval office but a cruise ship could work to. I'm in. Please have the CEO contact me. Leave an opening for Gilbert to wash parts. Thank You,Vince.

I am graduating from OU with a mechanical engineering degree here in, oh a week or so I plan on moving back to Houston and looking for a job. I'm curious about the field engineer job and what it entails?

That is correct. I love what I do. I am currently in Malaysia working on an international project. I am on rotation with four other field engineerss and I will be traveling back and forth to SE Asia and India for about a year.

As an intern you are making more money than college graduates with degrees in other fields.

BTW you some of the co-workers don't make it for an enjoyable atmosphere. Cough cough.....Brook.

I spent 3 years in the oil exploration/drilling industry. For the last 20 years I've been in the exciting field of aircraft maintenance! (Airframe & Powerplant mechanic) I,ve also managed to build a 11 second LT1 in my driveway and I build a pretty good 4L60E! So....with all of this experience in mind, do you think they would let me drive the boat?

Mec
