+$300 for each rug rat.
This is a TAX REBATE!! Which mean, on your 2008 Tax Retun that you will file in Feb 2009, you will have to deduct this amount form your refund from 2008.
This is NOT free money, there is NO such thing. Think of it as an advance on your tax refund from the next year....no more, no less. Ya'll don't ACTUALLY think the IRS would just hand out money do ya????

Yes, you will get that money, as early as May, most people in July. They have to wait until the 2007 Tax refunds are processed...that's the wait.
Since my wife and I claim properly on our W-4's our refunds are never more than $200, so if we get that money we have to put it into a savings account. Cuz in 2009, we'll owe.
