Wondering what was the best torque arm to use while having kooks long tube headers for a street car? I need to buy one soon. I am also still looking for some motor mount shells if anyone has any.

I ran the bmr adjustable tq arm and never had any problems.

 

I am running the Spohn chassis mount on mine, it's the straight crossmember version. I have a 4" I-pipe, and it STILL fits above it. Kooks 1-7/8" and 3"--->4" ORY.

I would put a straight edge across your tunnel brace mounts (where a chassis mount TQ arm mounts to) and see if you could run the straight one, if not, get the one with the dip in it. I'd be willing to bet that you can use a straight one though (more ground clearance). The new crossmember uses some 1/4" plate, so your pipe can hang down a bit below the plane of the crossmember mounts, it will be fine. I have about 1/8" clearance and it doesn't hit.

I noticed much less wheelhop and a lot more traction with mine.

Thanks Guys. Went ahead and ordered the Spohn Adjustable. Does anyone happen to have any transmission bolts that they want to get rid off? The ones that bolt the bell housing to the block?
