Sr. Desktop Support for Friedman's Inc. (Friedman's Jewelry)
Manage 200+ cell phone lines with Verizon Wireless using Motorola Q and BlackBerry devices.
Administer our SharePoint Internal Company website and write IT Policies and Procedures.
Manage all of our ordering and inventory for desktop related equipment through Dell. (Desktops, Laptops, Personal Printers and other peripherals)
I manage and order all of the toner through our service agreement with Canon for our company printers.
Using DameWare I am able to remote to anyone in my office PC and resolve most issues.
Use of extensive knowledge of Windows XP Pro and Microsoft Office 2003 on a daily basis for 350 In house users and 100+ remote users.
Cisco Call Manager - creating and maintaining users phones and UNITY voicemail for our corporate office and our call centers using Cisco 7940,7960 phones and soft phones.
