anyone watch the new Knight Rider?
I noticed the TPI engine in the beginning of the show as well, I thought that was a nice little touch. I have to admit, the mustang doesn't look half bad but I still think they should have used the new Camaro. GM is already screwing up its chances at having the Camaro survive 
its funny cause KITT was supposed to have a super advanced top secret engine, and what do we see in the show. The shitty old l98 in the engine bay, which by the way wasnt available in 1982 so that was a 1985+ TA and kitt was an 82
Ummm wouldn't that make the L98 in an 1982...super advanced top secret then? Lol Nevermind! This show blows anyhow. Glad it didn't have the new Camaro as KITT. I would have felt like a *** being a part of it anyhow...At least this way we don't have to acknowledge a total flop has anything to do with us!

It was a big, gay, giant Ford commercial.
I loved how they go from the show to the ford commercials, which, by the way, looked LIKE the show, so you honestly couldn't tell when the show stopped and the media-whoring began!
Yeah..i hope this bombs. And I agree with Cantalope Kid, I am glad GM didn't buy into this horrible excuse for an attempted continuation!

It was a ford commercial with crappy acting and horrible cg. I thought it sucked and was completely disappointed, especially since they didn't use the new camaro. And I am pretty sure the only vehicle in the movie that was destroyed was the unbadged tahoe.

This show totally sucked *** from beggining to end. The script writter has to be a total redneck idiot. The dialog was one a tellatubby level. Bunch of katchy one liners like a bad Joe Bob Briggs B- movie. The voice of KITT sucks, the car already had to be driven manually since KITT can't keep up with the bad guys edumacated abilities, 4cyl./6cyl. vehicles are running side by side with a GT500 KR, WTF!?, girl is average at best, she is sexually frustrated by a mutant sized, overskilled out the ninyang typical Bryan Spillner white boy who writters decided would be funny to give lines they came up with while smokin' hashis in a port o' potty, then there is the ending...car rolls backwards out of oh NO not just a simple black on black semi...a C130 as it leaves the tarmack...God I must feel like the Mustang owners did when Transformers came out. Entertainment meets used car dealership salesman...WE IS FUCKED!

I tried to get into it for the sake of bad TV shows lately, but after 20 minutes I was disinterested. OK looking Mustang, but it just did not do it for me. Maybe if he popped wheelies or we heard twin turbos whine up it would have been more exciting. It's just not the same as the Black Formula I watched when I was a little girl.

Ahh **** I did not like it one bit!! Not for the fact it was a stang but the whole plot affects acting the hole show suck. But after watching it I wantd a ford focus so bad! Way to many breaks and the line ( Not another trans am) Ohh dam that was lame, Like ( I live my life a quater mile at a time). Ok GM what the fk your not bringing back the TA so I think the new smokey and the bandit should be a ZR1 vette. Hellow is anybody listening!.
I thought the Mustang looked pretty cool with the exception of the huge spoiler. That's really the only thing that kept me watching it. Other than that it was mediocre at best and if they brought it back I would only watch it if nothing else was on.
