Need help in the Abilene area **PLEASE** Well to make a long story short. I sent Daniel Short A.K.A 98SLOWT/A 
$363 for a TSP X-pipe back on January 2nd. Since then I haven't gotten a single pm,email or phone call. After waiting and waiting I came to find out this guys had tons of problems on here before for the same thing. The last time he logged on here was 02-09-08 read a few of my pm's that I sent asking where my x-pipe was at and didn't respond. If someone in that area could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Why wasn't this guy banned after so many problems??
