I don't remember and I'm not sure why it did that.. I think it was M.a.r.o. without the dots.. like CaMaro..

Maybe I'm partial to the black mirrors because I have a 98 but I like the way they go with the black top and dark tint on the 4th gens. I like mine because the mirrors and everything above them are solid black. I personally like your car better with the black mirrors than I do the newer years with red or the same color as the car mirrors.
