quick question
Figured i could get a quick response in here. My clutch pedal likes to stick to the floor board after hard shifts and sometimes when i get on it and push the clutch in it stays in gear for a few seconds. Also its hard to get in gear sometimes...i have to pump the clutch a few times. My question is does this sound ike a hydraulic issue i.e slave or do i need a new clutch as well?

I had the exact same problem. What I did was get an LS7 clutch kit from SDPC along with a slave cylinder and slave shim from Seed Inc. It solved all my problems. It wasn't expensive at all.. Don't even bother fixing one little thing at a time. Get an LS7 clutch kit and a new slave cylinder. It's better to replace both while the transmissions out anyways.

could be either, not sure. id take the master off since its the easiest and bench bleed it and reinstall, if it still does it, or you find a problem while bleeding then replace it. most likely if its the master and you try to bench bleed it and it gets stuck then thats your problem.
