PA plates because its where I'm from. The sanded look I think your talking about is courtesy of the concrete wall.

I thought not that bad until I seen the rear. Sucks but you need to address the tire problem.
I had a second gen in highschool with McCreary's tires, they were full tread with the rubber compound of a slick. I hydroplaned that right in front of an oncoming school bus once. And that was the first of about five times. The last time I almost missed a minivan but didn't. I guess my point is now when I drive in the rain I think of those days and slow down.

I am wondering what really happened? Were you racing? Getting on it just for the fun of it?

I feel your pain buddy.. I did the same thing to my 93 Z28 in 95.. Insurance covered it, and i purchased a new 95 Z28..

I could not see your pic's either. Was it totaled?

The one that replaced it...

Good luck with yours..

Cant see the pics but the exact same thing happened to me over the summer. I had new 315 nitto DRs. The rear slid out and I couldnt get out of it. I hit the barrier and did a 360 and amazingly nobody else hit me.

Anyway, glad you are ok, and I know how bad it sucks.

My insurance totaled the car and I ended up parting it out (see sig lol)
