I had a few diff sets of 17x11s on my z28 when it had sportlines. It took a little bit of work*bfh, rolled the fenders etc, but it'll work. Maybe i'll go out to biffs tonight... you'll be out there for sure ward? I dont go often, bc I dont know anyone there half the time.

hey postman, what tires you running? i heard for the most part u can fit nitto 315 without any issues at all? thats one of the reasons i didnt want to go with 11's. too much work, and i dont have cash to keep blowing on 315's every 10k miles or so..

Sumitomo 315's....just got 2 of them for 220 shipped to my door new....can't beat that.....they have a 160 tread wear but don't hook well imo....but they do handle well and if you drive right you can get some miles outta them....the only thing i had to beat on was at the bottom of the fender well....it was like a little flap that got in the way of the tires...nothing major....few good wacks and it was good to go....

Does this mean I need to throw on my lowering springs again? I think I misunderstood. Thought you just wanted car to test the wheels on. . .
I'ld drag my exhaust too much if I dropped again...
Forget the Mt. Dew

I'll be going with the sumitomos 315 more than likely due to cost but I might end up getting the BFG kdw's. Not sure yet.. Cheap nitto's although they hook I rather get an expensive tire that will double the life of the tire. Awesome thread pattern also!

i know that one guys 94trans who was selling his 11 zr1 had sumis and said he had no issues. i heard sumis suck for traction, but then i hear its a good street/daily driver tire. i dont know man, your car looks good the way it does. looks really sharp. dont see too many SS like your here in SA anyways. but yeah thats why i didnt go with the 11's too much PITA just to make it fit and and also 315 are expensive..
