Need 2 roomates in San Marcos i got a big 2 story, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, office, 2 car garage in SM off wonder world. my 2 roomies are moving out so i need 2 people to take thier spot. move in around beginning of may for 1 yr. lease. rent is 500-550 depending on room and bills for that month. 333 deposit for house and deposit on bills is around 100. dogs cool-250 deposit. students cool-no party animals. i graduated almost 2 yrs ago and work full time so im just looking for responsible people. i already posted on craigslist and alot of interest so act fast if you are interested. PM me for any other questions or to set up app. to come check out house. (my vette has 1 spot in the garage)
