Hey I love mine, great car pretty quick and looks great. Great luxury features as well. I would look into the new cts as well. they are pretty nice, I got mine aug. 07 and the only car that would have had me thinking twice is the 08 cts. too bad it was not out yet, not sure what car would be in the drive way then.

Interior mainly for me, I don't care for the pre 07 gauges, center console, etc. The seats are comfy and nice, but you spend most your time inside the car, gotta be able to live with it

Well, I checked out and it was nice, the only problem was that it had a rebuilt tittle, the lowest he would take was $14,000 But this car is fully loaded

I love mine. Obviously miss the old LS1 powerplant lol, but its no slouch for a nice daily driver. Aside from lacking some *****, the car is awesome. I think it looks hot, it handles great, and really isn't quite as slow as people make them out to be.

Mine is a 2005 6-spd with the newer Revup motor (298hp/260tq). I took it to Cecil County and ran 14.0 @ 102.3mph bone stock. Most of the people that own them suck *** at driving though, and typically run mid 14's at like 96-99mph lol. I was a little disappointed with my driving as I know the car has a 13.8 or at least a 13.9 in it, but the guys on the G35 forums make it sound like I'm the god of drag racing lol.

I'll tell you a few things about people in the G35 community:
1) They can't drive.
2) They don't touch their own cars or seem to know enough to work on ANYTHING themselves.
3) The forums SUCK. All info is to be taken with a grain of salt. You need to read through them to appreciate it. I ripped into some pansies over there haha. They actually have a section called "finer living" with threads titles such as:

"Designer keychains"
http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=216845

"How do you G35 drivers dress?"
http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124498

"What's the most comfortable jean for men beside Buffalo jean?"
http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=221666

LMAO!

Here is my car by the way, and my slips and vid from Cecil:

Nice car. I love mine but yea I wish their forums were more like ls1tech with interesting topics and actual legitimate information. They complain about the gayest things and do not seem to know anything about their own cars.

I'd still rather have an Infiniti than a Caddy! I don't think if your interested in racing that you would be choosing either though. I have an Acura TL for my daily driver and I am buying my wife a new Infiniti M45 in a few weeks and hands down they know how to build a quality product.

How are they on gas, and how are autos power wise? Can you look at 350Z forums rather than G35 forums for advise? Only reason I ask is cause my cousin is looking to trade in his 02 GMC for a 04 auto G35.

Gas mileage is about the same as a 6-spd LS1 Fbody. I get about 18-19mpg with mostly back and forth to work driving (and somewhat aggressively at that). Highway should be about 26-27. I haven't personally taken any long trips with mine yet. The autos have 20hp less than the manuals.

The 350Z forums aren't quite as lame with their topics and whining, but the knowledge base is about the same, ie lame, unfortunately.
