Sold my car and...... I sold my 95 Impala to get my WS6 and the guy I sold it to never transfered the title and today in the mail I get not one but 3 toll road violations. Anyone ever had this happen to them. I called them and they said I have to fax the bill of sale in. Dont no were that might be it was almost a year ago....oops
Yeah i gave a car away to a person in my shop class years back. And i got a parking fine in the mail saying i need to pay it or have the car towed..i called them told em i sold it and said haul that car off for all i care. But in your case, try to find a BOS and fax it to them.

Just show proof of sale. Thats why when you sign the title get a copy of it and pull the plates. Makes them transfer to get new one`s! Good luck!

Yeah I just got a hold of him he claims he has ez tag and that he will call them tomorrow, I will call them tomorrow and fax the bill of sale with all of his info.. Pain in the ***. I thought that I had run the tolls but then looked at the plate and realized it was my old car.
Sorry for the high jack Kristen. BeardWS6 the motor is coming slowly but surely I just need more of this stuff some like to call money. LOL. I am looking at the completion date being end of June early July hopefully. Did you decide to keep the TA?
In the meantime I would fill out this form to let TxDOT know you transfered the vehicle and they will mark it as being sold. Its to cover your *** just in case situations like this happen. You had to have sold it Less then 30 days ago though.

There is a form that you should fill out to notify the state that you transferred the car over and costs like 5 bucks, but its probably too late for that. Otherwise, you'll probably need to get in contact with the buyer to get it all straightened out. Some people....sigh.
