Used Mercedes are junk, especially when they do not have a warranty. At least if the C5 has issues you can fix it at the shop. 350Z is okay, but the G35 looks better. I'd rather have a clean low mile GTO than a ragged high-mile C5 at the same price range though.

I recently made just that very decision. Driving C6s has kinda ruined the C5 for me though.

For 23k or under i would definetely get a 05+ GTO. Those are like 19k now and come LS2 equipped and a 4L65. If you get a C5 for 19k its gonna be a piece most likely and have high miles with a 4L60 that gonna take a **** soon! A 4L60 is a transmission BTW ;-) LOL. A mercedez is a shitbox...Trust me i have a repair shop. 350Z's i dont think even come with a sunroof...plus they are like a 2 door Maxima and SLOOOOOOWWW!!!
