did it to my 97 bird and it is still visible at certain angles but i didnt have a scratch

Just get a paintless dent repair guy to pop it out.
I hate ******** who will deny ****, even when you see them do it. I had a guy hit my rear bumper in a McDonald's drive through. I got out and confronted him. And he denied it all. HIS BUMPER WAS STILL TOUCHING MINE. He refused to give me his insurance info, so I called the police. They had to get it from him. Homie don't play dat.
