Now that I think about it..tornadoes and hail storms a couple times a year does trump a hurricane every couple of years in the SUCK factor..I guess thats good i'm right in between where none of it hits!

i'd take the hail over a hurricane, personally.....my house/car may be a bit damaged when it's all over with, but at least they won't be spread out in billions of pieces over a few square miles......

i know, and i don't even live in houston anyway....but don't think that just because houston isn't directly on the beach that some serious **** can't happen from a hurricane.

i'm just saying....if i had a choice between the two, give me the hailstorms over the hurricanes

It seems like you Dallas/Ft. Worth guys are dodging hail and tornados every over week. We dodge hurricanes, oh, about once every 12 years. Tropical storms/depressions, however, are a different matter.

You got me there.. I'd take a hailstorm to the face on a daily basis to have things back the way it was before we made the mistake of opening our doors to the wolves. Lucky for us it still isn't as bad as Dallas.
