I have to chime in here. I am in no way a basketball fan but I have loosely followed the playoffs this year. S.A. really played like a champion and for that I have to give them credit where credit is due. Reminds me of what Rudy T. said all those years ago, "Never underestimate the heart of a champion."

If Spurs show up mentally and don't go down in the series early again I think they can pull it off on the Lakers. The way I see it, if the Spurs can come back on a young talented team like NO without Timmy D ever being a big offensive presence the entire series, they can definitely do it with him against LA. He's has to show up with some big games though.

Plus LA doesn't have a point guard for Tony Parker to compete against as he did with Phoenix and NO. I think it will be 7 games again, hopefully the old guys can hack it.

Fisher is physical and smart, he will slow him down. It won't be the same as NO, where they just decided to let him do what he wants cause they didn't have somebody to guard him.
