So who were those two people that seemed like they were going to race? It was about 11:30 and I decided to leave. One guy pulled up in a yellow vette and the other I *** u me d was in a Mustang. If they did race, what was the outcome?

LOL, it's always funny seeing the $$ racing hustlers try to setup races, I'm not sure but I thought someone was saying those guys were bickering over land....I think a trailer car wanted land from the Vette, lol.

Whoever drives the red T/A I ran on 45 (twice) and he beat me(twice)... I want a rematch, seems like we could have been heads up!
Also, when we exited 290/HW6 I wanted you to follow me to Applebee's so we could "shoot the ****".
Where you live? Im off Hwy6/529.
Now that I'm running more power I cant keep my clutch from "sticking" at high RPM's or agressive downshifts.
It spoils all the fun of toying w/ the ride!!
So.. to the red T/A driver, sorry if it seemed like I quit. I wanted to run through ALL the gears w/ya but I need to replace the clutch and corresponding parts.
That Porsche was fun...again for like 2 seconds.!
To all the other peep's: nice meeting you all, turned out to be a pretty decent meet. Wish there were more runs/ or cruise to dinner or something orther than standing.
To the couple in the white SS and Red Vette would love to run you both.(Fearless)

went to baytown. and then checked out a spot that everyone alledgedly brings fast cars to. well i got there and it was dead. so i was like ill give this badass area 51 a try. lol it was dead too. nothing there. southside= fail. im going to the conns meet next week to see how it is. and hopefully its much better.
It seemed like we had about 500 cars there (ok, minus about 450), turn out was a little better than usual. About 5 to 7 of us headed out to this phantom meet around Gessner/Beltway 8 but we're led astray (Thanks Thomas) so we made it back around 11 to the place (Conn's) and it was still alive.
I'm still curious who those two people were that were setting up this race that had half the parking lot's attention.

I can't race anyway, my slave sucks! After running the Red T/A (on my way home) I realized the feeling I get...
It's like spending a shitload of money on a Lambo and getting beat by a LS1 that is 90% less expensive
