Kemah meet question

Kemah meet question Ok... So I live RIGHT near Kemah, and I've been tempted to go every Saturday, but the only reason I DON'T go, is because my car isn't that modded. I'm 19, and can't quite afford a supercharger, or anything like that, so I just have a few of the basics. K&N filter, MTI clear lid, Corsa Exhaust, Upgraded pulley system, ect... Appearance wise, it's immaculate. But do people go out there that have little to no mods? I don't want to feel like a small fish in a big pond so to speak. lol.

You will be fine man. I took my V6 auto Mustang out there when I got it. It's not about the cars, it's about hanging out with the people.
You will fit right in, a clean car draws a lot of attention.

you are though haha, just go out there and take a look at everyone elses car. learn what to do to yours. just cause your houston stock doesn't mean you cant go hang out

My TA is stock and I take her every weekend, pretty much.
A pretty, clean car can attract a lot of attention. Mine gets enough interest just for her looks.

Agreed. One thing about the Kemah meet that I've always liked is it's more about the comraderie than the cars although cars are important. The Bay Area has such a rich history of having a car culture it's hard to not like the Kemah meet. But, like all meets, there are the typical few that try to mess it up with everyone else. Go to Kemah, have fun, and don't be a tard!
