No it doesnt... Find a good detailer to give you a quote on overspray claim then make them pay for it. it may cost anywhere from $300 on up. Good luck.

pretty easy to do yourself if you have some knowledge of detailing or have a buddy whose good at detailin help you out. if you were in htown, i'd do it. not that challenging, especially if you have a PC to help take everything out with a cleanin solution

Yes it does. It will come off with a clay bar unless it's on really thick.

I agree that you need to find the info on the painters and make them pay for having it removed whether you take it to a detailer or you do it yourself.

He shouldn't have to claim it on his insurance as it wasn't his fault. The painters SHOULD have insurance unless they're illegals from across the border but even then, chances are they work for someone that's not.

Typical Homeowners policies COVER damage to other people's property. So I would check into making a claim on the homeowners policy of the people whose house was being painted. I confirmed this with my own agent who owns a FARMERS Insurance agency. They should ALSO cover the cost of a rental car if yours has to stay overnight in a body shop for repair.

Call Burt's Auto Bosy in Garland. Ask is Dwayne Abbott still works there. He can take care of it or point you inthe right direction for getting it taken care of correctly. I would def make them pay for it.

If you speak to whoever the builder he/she should be able to cut you a check for that. Regardless if theyre illegal immigrants or not.
