Thinking of selling the SS.

Thinking of selling the SS. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm getting a little tired of the SS. I like the car but it's starting to beat me down as a daily driver. I actually like driving the GXP more than the SS. I thought about getting a Harley and riding that back and forth to work and just keeping the SS as a bad weather/weekend car but the more I think about it, the more I want something different. I just have no idea what I'd replace it with if I sell it.

Do a trial first. Don't have it as your daily driver for a good while. We went down that road ONCE. You appreciate it more once it's not the daily. You never know what you had till it's gone.

You miss the WS6(or Firehawk) though, don't you?

If I get a Harley, I'm sure my desire to sell the car will subside.....for a while at least. I also keep thinking of getting a C6. As for a Cobra, they're too small for me. I'm 6'6" and every Mustang except the current gen doesn't have enough leg room for me to even shift gears.
Yeah. This is 4th gen #5 for me. The only one I really, really miss is the 2002 SOM WS6. The rest of them were fun but I had a real connection with that car and it's THE CAR that I should have never sold. I think that's part of the reason I'm tiring of this one, because it's not the SOM WS6.

The C6 is definitely more comfortable especially for the longer legged folk.
Haha, Im in the same boat as you. Thinking of selling car for the same reason. I just put about $2500 in parts, made me feel a bit better about it, but within a week same thing. I drive the truck and its great, but then I grow old with that too. Cant figure out what I should do. Only thing I can imagine do the trick is a C6 or new M3.
I'm in the same boat. Every car I have ever owned has been a f-body and I'm wanting some thing else to drive. I put my car up for sale today on a couple local forums to test the waters.
