Need some help
Need some help It's been a while since I have come to this section to post but I'm in a bind right now. I'm closing on a new house here in Austin and I'm still in an apartment lease for another 6 months. I've been trying to find someone to take the lease off my hands but I have come up empty handed. I know a lot of you guys go through transition periods and are looking for a place.
It is a 2 bedroom w/ an upstairs loft that I use as an office. I pay $987 a month but I am offering cash up front to help lower the rent each month. I have also paid the pet deposit for up to 2 animals (dogs, cats), plus anyone that moves in gets the $250 deposit back. It's about 1230 sq. ft and is located off of 183 N @ the McNeil exit.
