Hissing Sound

My car makes this hissing sound sometimes when i start it. It only lasts like half a second. I have noticed it mostly happening when parked on an incline/decline. And that too when i start it in gear. Ever happen to anyone? Any suggestions as to what it might be?

That's your AIR pump, which is for emissions/cleaner burning on startup. No biggie.

or u might need new belt or tensioner
belt and tensioner make hissing sounds also when there on the way out
