You should have seen the post on the viper forum about a month ago when the person was unreconizable as human after doing the same thing. YUCK!

 

Ha, he was stealing from a pole on Regal Row. That's an industrial street and I wouldn't be surprised if the recycling company he used was in that neighborhood also. I picture him going upto the fence and them telling him "We're closed because we lost power." And he's standing there trying to sell them their power lines.
