I picked up the Thunder Racing Reverse Split Cam and has good power based on the dyno we did after the install. The specs are 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA. Has a bit of a thump to it but very nice street cam.
In a nutshell...short duration, tight LSA.
Do some searches on Aussie spec'd cams. There was one post where a 22X-22X 110 or 108 LSA cam (Its been a while since I read the thread) was making the power of much bigger cams and it was all in by ~6k RPM.
I also wouldn't get too hung up on the "low end" concept. The only time you'll see it is when launching. If you're set up is geared right you'll never see those RPMs for the rest of a race.
