What I don't understand is why did they allow this to last so long. The PIT manuever could have been used multiple times before the spike strip was. Yes I know that adds a major danger to the chase. But what if he ran a stop sign and hit a SUV with kids in the back. I dunno man people are stupid with a Helocopter above you in broad daylight his chances of getting away were about .0000002%

Cheap shot!!! HA! hes lucky he didnt get his *** beat or tazed for running from the cops. You run in front of a cop car thats been chasing you for 50 mins endangering other peoples lives your probably going to get hit.....
Cheap shot?! Here's what's probably was going on in the officer's head at that moment.
"Gotta stop this guy, oh my god he's going to kill somebody, geeze @$@$ he almost hit that van full of kids and a soccer mom. Whoa, sudden stop, must swerved to the left so that I don't hit my buddy in front of me, [kablak!], oooops! I hit the suspect, how did he appear so fast? sollie!"
