Murdered out Dodge Charger

I've been seeing this flat black Charger in the SW/Sugar Land area a lot lately. The plate reads FLAT-1. I followed it on HWY 59 this morning, and thing looked scary and was loud!

Anyone here or someone anyone knows?

no offense if that belons to anyone on here, but i'm not digging that look at all....the flat black may be ok with non-blacked-out wheels, but the two together look.....wrong

Wheels look to big, but I like the flat black look, but the wheels look like wagon wheels and the rear ones look like if it hits a dip its gonna smack the fender.

Can't believe you just said that, I was just thinking the massive wheels remind me of a stage coach.

Smaller chrome rims would def. make that car look better.

btw, its got chrome center caps so its not murdered out.

btw, its got chrome center caps so its not murdered out.

depends on the black paint type, primer has a very rough finish to it, but like a semi gloss black or flat black doesnt have the rough looking texture
