need inspection hook up..

Default need inspection hook up..
I had the hook up from a buddy in schertz, but I tried calling him and his number is different . Anyways. The z28 has a busted passenger side blinker, horn doesnt work, and the car is a cammed and loud as ****(not sure if it matters). The car will be registered in bexar county. Can anyone help me out?

Uh...if the blinker and horn don't work good luck getting the inspection.

Nvm... horn works now. I'm looking for someone to actually "hook me up". Not someone thats going to notice that my blinker is broke etc. My buddy in schertz would pass me no matter what. I"ll prob head down there in the next couple days to see if hes working there still.
