Absolutely disgusting! The apt management just needs to demo that unit, and I mean everything, carpet, appliance, counter tops, drywall etc. Strip that ****** down to concrete, incinerate everything that came out of that unit, then rebuild it.

...yuck. I worked for a furniture company, and we had to go out on several repo's. You would be suprised how some people live...that **** kills my stomach
