question for cops
I got pulled over twice in the Vette, once for punching it leaving the city limits and the other for punching it in the city after a stop light. Both times, I left the car on when I pulled over cuz at 2:30 in the morning, I dont care where you are, the cars sounds nice. Anyways, both cops asked me why I did what I did, I told the one when i left the city that no one was around and I just felt the earge to floor it. And the cop in the city I told him that I had just left the Pinks All Out and was still pretty hyped. As stupid as both of those sound, I got warnings for them. I guess its all about what attitude the cop has that night. I lucked out both times.
Officers discretion is the biggest bunch of bullshit EVER!! Not hating on the popo but you gotta admit that when a cop is having a bad day (and they do just like all of us) discretion can land you in jail instead of just a warning for the exact same offense and manner in which it was made.
