Where can i get some....??? I have a 99 trans am and i was looking and cant seem to find ANYWHERE that has CHROME torque thrust ll's, all i can find is polished and i was wanting 17/9.5 17/10.5 andone have any suggestions?

Those are TTM's, not TTII's. TTM's look like bullet wheels to me (more so than the TTII's lol). 
You can get chrome TTII's, but you have to order them from AR's custom shop. I think they run around $1100 a set (I checked a while back). I also checked about having my polished TTII's chromed, but the place said they couldn't do it. The transition from hoop to center section would cause it to chip.
I'm sure Tomzwheels can help you out though.
