Red River Shoot-Out
the initial "score by ou" wasn't, which resulted in a td, versus a field goal...
the punter pulling that emmy award winning performance resulted in a TD which would of gotten us the ball and most likely a TD
we showed we had more talent and a deeper roster to continue putting up points.... we would of won the game any way you slice it... we kept coming and out worked the POOOOOORRRRR SOONERS
just gonna go out on a limb here and say i think you totally missed the point lol
BOOMER SOONER////I LOVE MY SOONERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was up for 4 days. Understandably, there are people with a life without the internet, but do the bookies let you pick a horse after the race is over? No. If you didn't say something before kickoff, then STFU. Thats what I said.

But like I say, enjoy your win. In my mind, this game doesn't even exist because of the horrendous officiating. Not taking anything away from UT, because I do think they are a great team. And I think Colt is one hell of a qb. But I honestly think OU would have won this game 6 out of 10 times. Again, congrats....
Sorry to "disappoint" you. I think you'll find I'm very level-headed about sports (except when it comes to the Astros, who make me so mad I want to burn down orphanages), but when you started in on the whole "UT didn't win in my mind because the refs blew some calls, so I'm going to pretend this never happened and you should too" bit, that's pretty classless. Had UT lost, I would have posted back in this thread and wished the Sooners well on the rest of the season, because it only helps the Big XII as a conference to have games like this.Trust me, I've been through some very high and very low points with UT. I was in the stands when James Brown ran "Steelers roll left" to seal the win against Nebraska, and I was in the stands when we lost 66-3 to UCLA at home. Being a sports fan, I've had my share of heartbreak, so I try very hard not to rub it in when someone else's favorite team loses.
Except when Ohio State loses. I ******* hate those guys.

Enjoy your tainted win....

We moved in at the end of February, and we love it! We've only had to call in twice so far. Once was because the drywall guys forgot to leave the garage door opener wires out on the third bay and the other was because the A/C went kaput. Turned out to be a small Puron leak, which was fixed the same day.
I've got a couple other small things that need attention, which I'll be calling in soon. However, the house is great and didn't have ANY damage from Ike. We had a couple sections of fence blow over, but that was it.
We've already had a couple housewarmings, and everyone has been very impressed, especially when we talk about the price and interest rate we got. "Piglinsky" did a really good job.

if you even listen to what the analyst are saying on EPSN... UT would win 7 out of 10 times
quit defending your team that rightfully lost.
Enjoy your tainted win....
Yes there were bad calls, OU benefited more than UT. The very first drive of the game when he caught the TD in the end zone he was down on the 1, now OU probably would have scored but you never know. The oscar winning performance by the punter led to 7 OU points. The calls evened out in my eyes, and anybody with half a brain would argue that OU got the better end of the bad call stick.
In other words, OU got ******* punked, son.
