Default Service Manual

Just wondering which service manual you guys think is the best for our cars or which one actual has the most hepful info, Chiltons, Haynes, etc.

I would get the factory manuals. (Helms) They can be ordered from Helms directly, from any dealer, or probably one of the board sponsors.
I like mine.

Helms is good. I wouldn't waste your money though. Just post your questions on LS1tech.com and most likely you'll find your answer. There are LS1 experts here. The term "expert" is used literally in this case. Several board sponsors are also active members as well as moderators.

The guys who run this board know one or two things about LS1's too.
